As reported in Car Dealer Magazine today, a study by eBay Motors Group highlights importance of a speedy response on all leads. Key findings from a study covering 30,000 enquiries across the eBaymotors platform include:

Over 40 per cent of customers do not phone dealers back within 48 hours of a missed call voicemail

21 per cent of buyers are likely to call another dealer if they don’t get a quick response

Over 90% of the enquiries were proceedable sales enquiries
